It is critical that we create a seamless experience for our customers that allows them to easily start using the product, and supports their ongoing success and deep engagement throughout their journey.

The VP of Product Management, Market Expansion, will lead a cross functional organization of ServiceTitan’s best to drive new growth opportunities for the business. This person will own the Product Strategy, Roadmap and Recommendations for new growth opportunities for ServiceTitan in how we service new trades within new markets. They will be accountable for product development, launch, flawless execution of the go-to-market strategies, and customer success as measured by realized business outcomes. The person will possess a 10x mindset, proactive leadership, fluency in sales-leadership practice, and a successful track record in scaling and growing a business line and a Product team.

What You'll Do:

  • Find and develop Product-Market Fit for the next Trades.

  • Lead the product development team to deliver business outcomes for our customers by providing high product-market fit solutions to new Sub-Markets within the Trades.

  • Develop solutions that land new customers, expand to great product market fit and then command the market by establishing a high NPS and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score, leveraging the existing ServiceTitan Platform.

  • Develop the product vision and roadmap, building defensive moats with highly differentiated solutions, and seek market disruption opportunities.

  • Align cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and sales to develop the TAM/SAM/SOM reach of their business line including expansion through ServiceTitan’s subsidiaries, associations, and through building a network of partners to cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

  • Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape, market disruptions, emerging ankle-biters, and leveraging outbound marketing to prepare competition battle cards.

  • Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to your team and the rest of the organization on your product’s strategy and roadmap.

  • Ensure the development of a robust, motivated and highly productive Product Management team.

  • Proactively manage all costs of selling and seek continuous improvements on sales efficiency and effectiveness into new markets.

  • Manage costs to serve metrics and seek continuous improvements to implement and support the customer efficiently.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience:

  • Intrapreneurial Growth Experience: Has grown a business within a midsize+ company by at least $50M ARR.

  • Product Management Expertise: Deep experience driving multiple growth products from ideation through market launch and success.

  • Company Experience: Significant PM leadership experience within a B2B SaaS or B2C transactions based tech company.

Leadership Skills:

  • 7+ years experience in a senior level Product Management roles, building and leading high performing and diverse teams, ideally over 8.

  • Deep knowledge of the Product Management discipline and experience in building and maturing Product teams.

  • Excellent communication, writing, and presenting skills.

  • Proven track record and experience partnering with large sales and technical sales organizations, selling and delivering complex solutions.

  • Strong analytical abilities and prior experience with building business cases, inclusive of build/buy/partner analysis.

  • Prior experience with partner identification, negotiation, and relationship management.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $213,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
