Titan Intelligence (https://www.servicetitan.com/blog/titan-intelligence-announcement) As we continue to build our Data and ML capabilities to deliver the promise of helping our customers unleash the power of their data and bring the trades industry at AI parity with other technology enabled industries, we seek to add a Staff Machine Learning Engineer with deep technical expertise in Machine Learning, ML Infrastructure, productionalizing ML workflows and Deep Learning approaches including Large Language Models and Generative AI. This hands-on role will blend a passion for ML and AI with the engineering rigor required to implement a machine learning platform to power the data and AI initiatives at ServiceTitan. Staff MLE will be a key contributor to the technical vision and product roadmap by building ML based product offerings to add significant customer value. This role is for a strong ML practitioner who will build state-of-the-art ML solutions and ML infrastructure @ ServiceTitan.
What you’ll do:
Implement Machine Learning algorithms for Voice AI, Generative AI, Large Language Models, clustering, classification problems, Natural Language Processing problems etc.
Collaborate with the product team to discover and develop novel applications of cutting edge Machine Learning algorithms to drive customer value
Develop end-to-end ML workflows for batch, real-time and near real-time use cases
Key contributor to the development of ServiceTitan AI platform including training platform, inference platform and model monitoring systems
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, engineers, Product Managers, customers, and partners
What you’ll need:
Advanced knowledge of Machine Learning methods and algorithms across traditional ML methods and Deep Learning theory and techniques.
Experience developing and deploying large scale Machine Learning applications
Expertise in Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch
Ability to write high quality code in Python, C++ or Java
Experience building ML platform to support ML lifecycle across teams and projects
Ability to empathize with our users and champion their experience.
Strong communication skills
High EQ and a strong inclination to build a highly effective, diverse team where all members feel respected, included and can bring their whole self to the job.
5+ years of relevant experience
BA/BS Computer Science or a related discipline. MS/PhD is highly desirable

We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $150,000 - $216,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
