ServiceTitan is looking for a Sr. Product Manager with a track record for driving new product features from concept to successful launch and adoption. This is an integral, highly-visible role with the opportunity of making a large impact on ServiceTitan customers and revolutionizing the trades dispatching process. The Dispatch Pro team is focused on delivering scalable zero downtime product that allows home services companies to run their operations efficiently, reduce cost, and maximize revenue potential.

We are looking for someone to own the discovery, planning, development, and launch of features related to automated dispatching for home and commercial service providers and their customers. This particular role will focus on building an upsell product line to help our customers get the most out of each opportunity and retain a happy workforce. Maximizing technician productivity and revenue opportunities are critical core competencies that businesses in the trades have to be excellent at and they need the best-in-class dispatching automation to achieve that.

This role requires a strong and proactive vision and experience scaling complex B2B products. The Sr. Product Manager will champion the best product development practices to deliver phenomenal value and delightful experiences to our customers.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Dispatch Pro experience across multiple customer segments

  • Engage closely with our customers and end-users to understand their current processes and needs, and translate those into product capabilities

  • Drive roadmap planning while assessing ROI and conducting effective discovery to maximize the impact as well as holding other teams accountable to committed outcomes

  • Effectively execute across all areas of the product lifecycle (research, concept, user stories, development, go-to-market, adoption)

  • Work with our designers, engineers, product marketing, and growth teams to perform UX research, design exploration, usability testing, build POCs, and launch scalable features

  • Leverage user analytics to make data-driven decisions and release impactful features

  • Represent ServiceTitan as a domain and product expert in customer and prospect meetings as well as in our online community

  • Effectively assess customer escalations, impact the roadmap, and allocate resources accordingly for resolution

  • Proactively surface and resolve conflicts/bottlenecks

  • Liaise between the product team and internal teams (Sales, Support, Success, Onboarding) to identify product gaps and triage bugs, offer creative workarounds/solutions, and develop requirements

  • Collaborate with the QA team to prioritize product defects/bugs and provide guidance to the development team on expected behavior

What you'll bring:

  • 4-7 years of work experience in a product management role

  • Experience in scaling automation products is a huge plus

  • Direct experience with scheduling, dispatching, or capacity planning in the trades or similar industries is a plus

  • Prior experience in taking a digital product from concept to successful launch

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities and maintain close attention to detail

  • Excellent communication, writing, and presenting skills

  • Strong analytical abilities and prior experience with building business cases, data analysis, and problem-solving

  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and critically, synthesize data and draw insights, formulate and validate hypotheses based on data

  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others

  • 4-year university degree, MBA, or related graduate degree strongly preferred

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $113,000 - $162,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
