The Senior Manager, Sales Development Strategy & Operations is an integral role on the GTM Strategy & Operations team and a strategic business partner to our Sales & Marketing organizations. S/he is responsible for driving operational strategy for the pipeline generation teams (Sales development) at ServiceTitan across outbound, events, marketing. Your key stakeholders will include our VPs of Corporate & Enterprise Sales and Director of Sales Development. The individual has a well-rounded background - including analytical rigor, project management, and a mix of strategic and operational work. S/he will be able to quickly jump in and take day-to-day ownership of Sales Development Operations and drive key strategic initiatives/their outcomes.

What you'll do:

  • Own day-to-day business operations of the Sales Development team, including tracking KPIs, managing headcount and quota capacity, lead allocation and other key processes

  • Drive strategic initiatives including redesigning processes and technology tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales Development engine

  • Discover the “so what” in performance data, distilling down to actionable insights that drive improved decision making and business pivots

  • Partner with our Sales and Sales Development leaders to help them understand their performance, root causes and help them improve and scale their operations

  • Present insights in Weekly Pipeline and Monthly and Quarterly reviews across the revenue organization

  • Manage and develop a team of ~3 ICs covering our Corporate, Enterprise and Upsell product functions

What you'll bring:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Analytics and/or management consulting

  • Functional experience in operations/business operations, strategy and/or growth within the SaaS space is preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2+ years of leading and managing a team preferred

  • Knowledge of Sales Productivity KPIs, Lead Scoring, Lead Routing, Headcount management, planning and forecasting

  • Proficiency in advanced excel

  • Experience using SQL/Data querying and Tableau or other data visualization tools to analyze data and communicate findings

  • Knows how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast

  • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $137,000 - $196,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
