The Senior Specialist, HR Operations plays an integral role in growing the HR Ops craft in our Armenia office, building and evolving the design and infrastructure that supports a thoughtful and effective employee experience. The role is both strategic and operational, and will be responsible for both actioning operations tasks, as well as designing, implementing, and optimizing processes, programs and shared services to support ServiceTitan as we continue to grow.
What You’ll Do:
Act as the HR Operations owner and contact on the Armenian People Operations team - finding and solving issues that require immediate attention, as well as other tasks that are needed to keep ServiceTitan within compliance.
Execute and deliver on HR Operations tasks and Armenian people processes and controls, including day-to-day HR Operations support transactions from a system, process and policy perspective.
Act as point of contact for the Armenian office for HR Ops-related questions, as well as a liaison and subject matter expert across cross functional projects.
With the larger HR Ops team, work on the development and management of thoughtful and scalable policies and processes that shape the employee lifecycle. Identify gaps and inefficiencies, provide standardization and improvement recommendations, and refine and create programs that can help scale our People Operations, including documentation and upkeep of these policies and processes as they evolve.
Partner with Total Rewards, HRBP, Finance, Legal, IT and HRIS teams (as well as within the broader HR Operations team) to identify needs or opportunities in both the short term and long-term for process improvements. Ensure that there is clear communication, handoffs, collaboration and systems and workflow integrations.
Manage and oversee employee data, completing weekly and monthly audits to ensure data integrity, accuracy and consistency.
Oversee Armenian HR reporting and metrics: making clever use of numbers to help us identify trends, spot problems early and measure ST’s progress towards our internal and external people goals, and partnering with the whole HR Ops team, ensure easy, user-friendly access to and appropriate distribution of HR information, reports and metrics.
Working with and supporting the HR Operations team as needed.
What You'll Need
5+ years of experience in People Operations or a related field.
3+ years of HR Systems experience (experience with Workday is a plus).
Experience and exposure with the Labour Code of Armenia.
Proficiency in both English and Armenian languages.
Proven ability to successfully navigate ambiguous environments and be able to prioritize and re-prioritize often and well.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to take ownership and follow through on tasks until completion.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with acute attention to detail.
Strong Excel and GSuite skills.
Strong analytical and data validation skills, experience with reporting and data analysis.
