What you’ll do:

  • Conduct in-depth software training for small to mid-range businesses via webinar to update live customers on product features and enhancements

  • Consult live customers on best practices for their business and create processes to put those best practices to use

  • Conduct warm handoff calls with newly signed customers and welcome them to the implementation process

  • Be subject matter experts for FieldRoutes modules (Sentricon, Trend Reporting, SalesRoutes) and act as a resource for live clients on those modules

  • Regularly survey recently live customers to get feedback for the implementation team

  • Maintain weekly check-ins with customers in the implementation process

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of work experience and education

  • At least 1+ years of customer service experience.

  • Onboarding or implementation experience a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a focus on quality

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Quick learner and willing to be flexible

  • Experience with FieldRoutes is a plus

  • Where you’ll work:

  • We’re 100% remote with HQ located in McKinney, TX.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $38,000 - $55,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
