Ready to be a Titan?
ServiceTitan is looking for a
Manager, Talent Management to join our Talent Management team. The ideal candidate has experience with leading and executing programs that define and measure talent, enable talent and employee engagement, and develop team members in a customer-centric approach that drives business impact. This role leads a team and supports the business collaborating with various business partners to implement new projects as well as improve upon cyclical projects already rolled out. This role will play a large part in ensuring continual success of ServiceTitan’s Talent Management projects.

What you'll do:

  • In conjunction with Sr. Director, Talent Management and their team, this role will lead strategy and execution of organization-wide talent programs at ServiceTitan. The expectation is that the incumbent of this role refines and improves current processes.

  • The scope of this role includes the entire employee lifecycle- from interviewer training to onboarding, goal setting, performance through exit of employees. The goal of a program manager leading across the employee lifecycle is to create a consistent employee experience and overall aligned approach to all programs rolled out across ServiceTitan.

  • Drive the execution of new programs (succession planning, goal setting, job architecture) to be executed in Talent Management. New programs include initiatives that have not been rolled out effectively or are being created for the first time.

  • Lead philosophy, roadmap and execution of Performance Review process at ServiceTitan. This includes stakeholder alignment, resource refinement, training, change management and continuous iteration to improve process as well as evaluate new and cutting edge ways of evaluating employee performance.

  • Scope of project management includes project planning, collaborating with business partners, creating resources to support projects, leading organization-wide communication plans, rolling out said projects and completing retrospectives to gather feedback from customers on how to improve.

  • Partner with other departments within Talent Management and the greater HR organization to request deliverables needed to properly execute company-wide programs.

  • Create training for execution and bring along stakeholders on project execution, timing and other relevant details. At times training will need to be created for HR Business partners with accompanying facilitator guides and train the trainer sessions. Other times the incumbent of this role will directly train the business.

Oftentimes HR Business Partners will act as stewards of the programs and the incumbent of this role will need to be able to build relationships with and influence HR leaders up to CPO.

  • Partner with Sr. Director, Talent Management on determining SLAs for new projects based on current workload, scope of project, other business initiatives and capacity.

  • Perform other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned, at times with minimal notice.

What you'll bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a people manager.

  • Excellent attention to detail is a must; as you will be responsible for leading and executing company-wide programs, and reporting results to senior business leaders.
