Senior Salesforce CPQ Billing Engineer III

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Senior Salesforce Engineer with experience in CPQ (Configure Price Quote) and Billing to join our team. The Senior Salesforce Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, with a focus on CPQ and Billing functionality. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning, as well as experience in CPQ and Billing implementation.
What You’ll Do:
Lead complex Salesforce CPQ and Billing projects from technical design to production deployment.
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on CPQ and Billing functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and recommend solutions to enhance business processes and systems.
Develop technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and test plans.
Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex code using best practices.
Customize Salesforce using Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other related technologies.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Develop and execute test cases to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are scalable and sustainable.
Ensure that all solutions comply with industry best practices and Salesforce standards for security, data privacy, and governance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Participate in code reviews and provide technical feedback to junior engineers.
What You’ll Bring:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on CPQ functionality.
Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ concepts, including product catalog, pricing, quotes, contracts, and billing.
Experience in CPQ Data Migration.
Programming background using one or more of the languages such as APEX, Visualforce, Lightning, Java.
Enterprise integration architectures such as SOA, RESTful, ETL
Deep understanding of software testing with knowledge on building test plans and executing them in unit, functional and user acceptance test cycles.
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to set up and interpret logic, data tables, and rule relationships
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Salesforce CPQ certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist) preferred.
Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II) preferred.

We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $124,000 - $178,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
