In this position you will be in the center of bringing ServiceTitan’s AI solutions to life. You will engage with multiple internal teams, including engineering, infrastructure, data science and product. We build for perfection, use the most modern tools on Azure Cloud, have an amazing culture, and love to solve complex problems.
What you'll do:
Architect, design, and implement user-facing features end-to-end. The ideal candidate has a good engineering background and is familiar with MLOps practices
Work with data scientists and other engineering teams to prototype and implement product features.
Communicate effectively with other engineers, product managers, customers, and partners.
What you'll need:
7+ years of industry experience

Expert-level knowledge of:
Microsoft .NET technology stack (C# / .NET, ASP.NET Core)
HTML5 and JavaScript; experience with Typescript and React is a plus
Strong Understanding of Machine Learning project lifecycle
Experience with databases/data warehouses such as SQL Server, PostGreSQL, Snowflake
Experience with public cloud environments such as Azure or AWS
Experience with serverless architecture (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda etc.)
Experience with Git, unit testing, debugging, profiling, JIRA, and other tools that are typically used by developers
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a globally distributed team
Experience building scalable ML Platform to support ML models in production is a plus
Experience with microservices and asynchronous messaging technologies like Kafka, Azure ServiceBus etc a plus
Experience with AzureML is a plus
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related discipline. MS/PhD is highly desirable

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $150,000 - $216,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
