Analytics Manager (Fintech and Commercial)

ServiceTitan is looking for an extraordinary Product Analytics Manager to develop insightful reporting that will take our understanding of our customers and our product to the next level. This role will focus on finding ways to optimize features that are at the core of our product- Fintech and Commercial. As both of these areas are top firm priorities, your role will have an immediate impact.
We are looking for a manager-doer who both responds to executives and charts a medium term roadmap for how to effectively manage his/her team’s resources. You will lead a small team of analysts who you will both mentor and receive support from.
What You'll Do:
Lead a team that works directly with a dedicated business line to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide insights using business intelligence platforms such as Tableau
Define metrics and roadmaps with key stakeholders and monitor impact of releases and product changes at an in depth level
Build insightful reports and visualizations to surface trends and actionable insights to internal business users
Inform business and teams of user activity on our platform, establish metrics to identify customer pain points
Build strong relationships within product and support functions to understand business needs
Ensures adequate instrumentation and metrics are in place to respond to fundamental business questions on our product and its usage
Proactively interact with stakeholders to continuously improve and maintain analytics infrastructure and help continuously inform business decisions
Mentor and grow your teammates to deliver strong products across the business
QA results from your team to ensure high quality results have been delivered
What you'll bring:
Bachelor degree in a business or quantitative field
5+ years of experience as a business analyst
2+ years managing a small (1-3 person) team
Ability to prioritize projects based on ROI and timing in the presence of ambiguity
Tableau and/or powerBI (Tableau strongly preferred)
SQL expertise and previous experience with data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with great attention to detail
Ability to creatively start new projects; viewed as both indistinguishable and indispensable from the business teams you partner with
Comfortable with tight deadlines in a high-growth environment
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills that allow you to directly communicate with VP+ leaders
Maintain and execute against short and medium term roadmaps
Experience in python (pandas, etc.)
Either direct experience with A/B testing or the underlying statistics required to form a statistically valid A/B test
Experience in dbt (data engineering)
Experience analyzing terabytes of clickstream data
Experience creating FullStory dashboards
Experience with using Airflow for scheduling ETL jobs
Experience building and using KPI data marts

We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $113,000 - $162,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
