The Lead Sales Enablement Manager at Aspire is responsible for enhancing the performance of the sales teams by building their knowledge and skills. They will create efficient onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they meet job expectations, and helping them reach peak performance. You'll identify competency gaps and develop improvement programs, using playbooks to reinforce value to prospects and customers, and understanding customer needs for effective enablement. Additionally, this role is responsible for informing go-to-market strategies, driving changes in products and processes, and collaborating with various teams across the organization.

What you’ll do:

  • Build knowledge, competencies and job skills so that the sales teams can deliver value in every interaction with Prospects and Customers to reach their full performance potential.

  • Shorten ramp time to productivity for new hires by creating, executing and continually optimizing the new hire onboarding program, while setting the expectation standards out the gate.

  • Lead teams of new hires throughout their training period and hold them accountable for meeting their job responsibilities

  • Get teams to peak performance against scorecard (e.g., close rate, cycle time, activations, NPS, product utilization, etc.) for ICs and Managers by uncovering gaps in competencies and developing programs to improve. This can include reviewing activities and coaching 1:1 or adapting overall programs if there are systemic issues.

  • Build & train to playbooks that reinforce value & outcomes to our Prospects & Customers

  • Deeply understand our Prospects and Customers, what they value and translate that into all enablement programs.

  • Inform go-to-market requirements and adoption programs, including internal comms and change management strategies

  • Activate changes in product, process, systems and tools across the function.

  • Orchestrate creation and execution of programs by leveraging resources across the organization, with strong cross-functional partnerships with Leadership, Talent Acquisition, Product-Marketing, and more.

  • Leverage technology to measure performance and drive improvement; e.g. CRMs, LMS platforms, eLearning software, etc.

  • Develop additional learning opportunities (both formal training and on-the-job experiences) for skills development at different stages of career path.

What you’ll need:

  • 6-7 years experience in enablement and training success including demonstrable impact in a high-growth organization

  • BA/BS degree

  • B2B SaaS experience

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to inspire and motivate others

  • Strong ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment

  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration

  • Proficiency with CRMs, LMS platforms, eLearning software

  • Experience in the job function of the Sales team you will enable and expert level of knowledge in the function’s processes

  • Experience in people management or a demonstrated ability to motivate and influence others

Where you’ll work:

Our headquarters is located in Chesterfield in St. Louis County and employees for this position have a hybrid work model (4 days/week in the office and 1 day/week remote).
