The Technical Product Manager will provide expertise in creating solutions emanating from the product roadmap by working collaboratively with Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects and UX Designers. This position reports to the Senior Director of Product Management.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering and Data team leadership regarding the scope of proposed roadmap initiatives
Review client ideas and other complex application change requests and provide input for optimal outcomes
Create diagrams of current (and future) application processes and workflows
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure requirements are structured for clarity and simplicity
Meet with key prospects, clients, and partners to help design solutions best structured to Aspire’s architecture
Lead department efforts to size new initiatives
Provide input to UX team for consistency of new development
Attend recurring sessions with Engineering Architects to stay informed of architectural updates and direction
Present technical roadmap impact to Product Management stakeholders
Lead customer advisory groups focused on Aspire’s technical capabilities
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline
5+ year’s experience in a technical or product role
4+ year’s experience as a Technical Product Manager or Engineering Lead
Clear communicator & committed collaborator
Strong organizational and presentation skills
Familiarity with REST / SOAP API development
Familiarity with event-based architecture
Track record of showing initiative and resourcefulness with prior roles
Where You’ll Work:
Our headquarters is located in Chesterfield in St. Louis County; however, some local positions will be remote until the time is right to return to the office while other roles are more office-based. Fully remote employees will stay remote.
