As ServiceTitan continues to scale, we’re looking for an experienced operations leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams and understands the value of structure while balancing the need for agility and innovation within that framework. In this role, you will lead our program management team in addition to our R&D’s annual and quarterly planning processes. This role will be critical to ensuring R&D is delivering on our biggest bets and driving the business outcomes we’ve committed to for our customers and ServiceTitan.
What you'll do:
Lead our Program Management and Planning team in the delivery of large, cross-functional, strategic internal programs focused on enterprise growth and operational effectiveness aligned with ServiceTitan’s scale.
Scale and drive our planning and resource mapping on an annual and quarterly basis for the R&D Organization.
Identify and drive the development and evolution of PMO practices, standards and portfolio management processes
Monitor and maintain our portfolio of programs with expert oversight and curation.
Act as subject matter expert on practice, playbooks and frameworks
Identify and solution opportunities for continuous improvement by program
Determine success measures and ensure they are in place for each priority along with transparent reporting & decision making
Facilitate complex tradeoff decisions
Passionate about identifying opportunities to influence and shape our operating strategy and comfortable going deep to facilitate execution of those ideas.
What you'll need:
10+ years of progressive, cross organizational program management experience managing highly visible, large-scale, strategic initiatives
Experience leading program management teams in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment
A passion for team mentorship, employee development and building a team culture based on delivering results at speed while having fun
Experience with PMO portfolio management, framework and standards development
Experience designing and implementing an annual planning process
Knowledge of workforce management practices
A toolbox of multiple program management methodologies
Experience in working and building trusted relationships with executive leaders including C level management
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization including executive leadership, cross-functional teams and third parties
Knowledge of design thinking, strategy definition, agility concepts and the ability to step in as a business transformation advisor as needed
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $166,000 USD - $238,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
