As we expand ServiceTitan’s business into the Commercial and Construction markets, we are building out dedicated focus for these market areas. The Senior Manager, Market Group Operations is an integral role on the Market Expansion team contributing to ServiceTitan’s expansion into the Commercial & Construction markets. S/he will drive highly visible and critical strategic initiatives to contribute to the growth and success of this part of the business. The primary focus of the role will be on reviewing and optimizing performance of this business segment, creating assessments of new opportunities within this market, and developing strategies and tactics to succeed in this market.
The individual has a well-rounded background - including analytic rigor, project management, and a mix of strategic and operational work. S/he will be able to quickly jump in and take day-to-day ownership of key strategic initiatives and their outcomes. The role reports to our Vice President of Commercial & Construction and will be an individual contributor role to start, with the opportunity to grow a team over time.
What you'll do:
Plan and develop scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives as well as market expansion planning/operations
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome initiative risks, see around corners and optimize for the outcomes sought by the market group
Ideate and lead deep dives / analysis (in collaboration with cross functional partners) into highest priority strategic topics (e.g. sales strategies, partnerships, product roadmap)
Own high impact initiatives and drive from opportunity identification/strategic incubation to ongoing execution and iteration
Drive day-to-day operations, program management and strategic pivots for your initiatives
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, Post-Sales, and Finance as a steward of the programs you own and their full-lifecycle outcomes
Support development of priorities, resource planning, goal setting for the broader Market Expansion teams, including but not limited to setting and advocating for the priorities of your initiatives
Present insights, status updates and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive decision making
Establish effective market expansion operating cadence
What you'll need:
10 years of work experience in a combination of high growth tech companies and/or management consulting
Functional experience in operations/business operations, strategy and/or growth within the SaaS space is preferred
Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses (e.g. customer research, data analysis, customer segmentation strategies, competitive assessments etc.)
Ability to distill complex issues into concrete action plans; manage execution; and drive results
An analytical mindset and be data driven whenever practical
Energized by ambiguity and dynamic working environments that provide a diverse experience and opportunity to tackle different problems
Ability to deal with conflict and manage escalated customer and internal situations
Knows how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast
Ability to make judgment calls on ambiguous topics once aligned on outcomes we seek
Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels
Candidates that have aspirations to build a long term career as a Chief Executive Officer or Chief Operations Officer (COO) would be able to build the broad ranging, multidisciplinary skill set required through this role

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $137,000 USD - $196,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location.
