ServiceTitan is actively seeking a Principal Product Manager, Payments. This role is crucial to our operations, as it lies at the crossroads of technology and business, significantly influencing the direction of our product. We need someone who can turn ambitious ideas into effective solutions that improve how our customers receive and manage payments.
As the Leader for our Payments products, you'll be responsible for creating smooth, secure transaction experiences that set us apart from the competition. You'll be tasked with guiding product initiatives from their starting point to their market launch, ensuring they meet market needs and provide real benefits to our customers. This role offers a unique chance to use industry best practices and your own creativity to improve our customer's payment systems and enhance ServiceTitan's offerings.
What you'll do:
Own the product vision and roadmap for our Payments offerings
Engage closely with our customers to understand their current payment processes and needs, and translate those into product capabilities
Develop industry-leading capabilities for payment processing, transaction optimization, secure payment gateways, etc.
Represent ServiceTitan as a domain and product expert in customer and prospect meetings, and on our online community
Collaborate closely with the product design and engineering teams to deliver an extraordinary product experience
Drive success and adoption of your products by working closely with product marketing and GTM teams in creating internal and external launch plans
What you’ll need:
7-8 years relevant work experience, at least 5 years in a product management role
Prior experience with large-scale payment solutions
Strong technical acumen and experience with payment processing in a similar industry
Ability to gather and transform business requirements and market needs into a successful product vision
Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to deliver on commitments and timelines
Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple competing priorities
Prior cloud computing / SaaS experience is a plus
4-year degree from a top university, related graduate degree preferred

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $137,000 USD - $196,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location.
