ServiceTitan is seeking an Event Associate to provide comprehensive support across various event types, including tradeshows, field marketing events, and customer programs. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Events, the Event Associate will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of our event programs. This position entails assisting in the coordination and organization of a wide range of events to ensure their successful implementation.
The ideal candidate should possess energy, creativity, resourcefulness, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong interest in establishing a career in events that contribute value to customers, impact pipelines, and foster brand affinity.

What you’ll do:
Execute logistical and coordination tasks for the trade shows and events that the company participates in, encompassing responsibilities such as registrations, booth orders, resource allocation, vendor interactions, and additional related duties.
Oversee all aspects of departmental swag and show supplies, assuming a leadership role in, orders, inventory management, and shipping and receiving logistics.
Take ownership of and oversee event software utilization, including but not limited to Salesforce, Tableau, Airtable, Captello, and Cvent, ensuring effective management and responsible operation of these platforms.
Play a pivotal role in our flagship event by independently managing projects that are directly related to our User Conference, Pantheon.
Providing extensive support to the Events department, encompassing responsibilities such as expense management, diligently tracking budgets and undertaking various event-related projects.
What you'll bring:
At least 2 years of experience in event management and/or production
Collaborative team-player with a customer-service mindset and high energy
Exceptional communication skills combined with strong organizational capabilities
Proficiency in strategic thinking, quick problem-solving, and generating creative ideas
Tech-savvy with a goal-driven attitude
Meticulous attention to detail and a disciplined approach to project management
Self-motivated and confident in taking ownership of responsibilities
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment
Willingness to engage in physical tasks typical of event roles, such as setting up booths, moving supplies, etc.
Engaging interpersonal skills, capable of connecting with diverse individuals
Demonstrates resourcefulness in addressing challenges and finding solutions

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $53,000 USD - $76,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location.
