Senior Manager, Conversion Rate Optimization

ServiceTitan is looking for a growth-focused Senior Manager of Conversion Rate Optimization to join our Web Team. Our websites are critical to the user journey, making this an extremely valuable and highly visible role within our overall pipeline generation program. What You’ll Do:
You’ll work to constantly improve conversion rates on www.servicetitan.com, www.fieldroutes.com and www.youraspire.com. You’ll work tightly with the entire Web Team to enhance the user experience while pivoting back and forth between devising strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and executing on plans. The CRO programs for these three websites are at different maturity levels -- you’ll have the opportunity to lean on the robust learnings from one website while designing and implementing a program on the others. You’ll manage our Conversion Rate Optimization Manager and Data Analyst and will report into the Director of Web Marketing.
In practice, that means you will:
Use behavioral data and customer insights to understand where we have the best opportunities to improve conversion rates on our core site and landing pages
Develop a cohesive web testing strategy and turn it into an ongoing testing roadmap
Collaborate with stakeholders across Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, and Creative teams to brainstorm, plan and execute tests and personalizations in an effort to hit monthly conversion goals across a variety of channels
Analyze test results and make recommendations for continuous improvements
Manage testing and personalization platforms
Communicate findings, test results, hypothesis, recommendations and best practices to stakeholders of various levels from around the organization
Stay up to date with latest trends and best practices for testing and personalization
Manage the CRO Manager and Data Analyst
What You’ll Bring:
7+ years of experience in CRO, preferably as part of a DemandGen or lead generation team
Extensive experience in A/B and multivariate testing, statistical validation, as well as a deep understanding of the conversion funnel and CRO/web best practices.
Proven experience improving conversion rates on a large, enterprise-level SaaS website; ServiceTitan is B2B but we are always interested in hearing from people with B2C experience as well.
Exceptional analytical skills with a natural ability to dive deep into data and pinpoint causation versus correlation
Skilled in telling compelling stories and communicating strategies, plans and results to various audiences
High level of confidence using tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Optimizely, Optinmonster, and Drift
Experience managing others
Experience personalizing web experiences to particular customer segments is a plus
Experience applying ABM principles to a website is a plus
Breadth of experience across SMB and Enterprise audiences is a plus
Sense of humor is preferred

The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $124,000 USD - $178,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
