ServiceTitan is looking for a self-motivated Senior Salesforce Engineer with experience in Service Cloud and Customer Success to join our team.

You will apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle to enhance the ever evolving Salesforce implementation fully on Lightning and guarantee capabilities and development artifacts are delivered with high quality. Must be detail-oriented and have an in-depth understanding of industry standards of coding, security, version control (CI\CD) and testing standards.

What you'll do:

  • Design & Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet business objectives, requirements and company goals using both configuration and code.

  • Interpret system & business requirements and prepare specification/design documents and collaborate in teams. Develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.

  • Perform support and maintenance activities on Salesforce instance + connected applications, conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving requirements.

  • Conduct review and smoke testing on enhancements delivered by peers to ensure compliance to coding and security standards. Suggest improvements to existing processes.

  • Provide system administration and support of Salesforce environments and integrated systems.

  • Interact directly with Product Analysts and users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances.

  • Collaborate within and across functions to ensure Salesforce environment and connected applications support business needs relating to functionality and performance.

  • Communicate with project managers and other developers to implement cohesive projects and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.

  • Maintain a flexible and proactive work attitude to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.

What you'll need:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience enhance the Salesforce platform using configuration and code involving Apex, Lightning UI with Aura \ LWC, REST\SOAP API, Visual force, JavaScript , XML, JSON, HTML, CSS and AJAX.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service and Sales Clouds.

  • Solid software design, coding, testing, maintenance and debugging skills in the Salesforce CRM platform

  • Extensive Software Engineering work experience in an Agile / SDLC environment.

  • Good understanding of Managed Packages, OAUTH2, Caching, Future calls, outlook integration, open CTI and salesforce features.

  • Experience designing integration frameworks between Salesforce and external systems and portals using standard connectors or APIs.

  • Experience in CI and CD tools like Autorabit, Github, bitbucket, Jenkins and ANT.

  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant) preferred.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Experience with Customer Success/Support 3rd party applications (i.e. TalkDesk, Gainsight or similar) preferred.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $105,000 USD - $150,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
