As a Director FP&A, Revenue you will own the company’s topline forecast model including revenue, billings, customer count and other topline-related key metrics. In this role you will be the go-to-person for any questions related to topline actuals analysis as well as forward-looking assumptions. You’ll have an immediate and visible impact by identifying gaps in the process, systems and reporting outputs and by driving the rebuild of our customer data cube, forecast model and process improvements. In this highly-visible position you will provide timely financial insights and outlook in order to make informed and trusted decisions for ServiceTitan.

What you'll do:

  • Own the company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecast and prepare actuals to budget variance reviews as as well as supporting analyses to understand drivers

  • Reimagine our revenue forecast model based on customer level data and redesign based on changes associated with our migration to Workday Financials and Salesforce Billings

  • Strive for highest possible forecast accuracy and continuously improve forecast process and driver inputs

  • Build a customer dataset that easily allows for a full bridge between bookings, billings, GAAP revenue, deferred revenue, billings backlog by customer segment

  • Translate and summarize complex and detailed analytics to cater to audience to “tell the story” which drives outcomes

  • Work closely with the Corporate FP&A team on establishing revenue guidance and provide topline insights for the CFO and executive team

  • Work cross functionally. Partner closely with the FP&A business partners to gain a deep understanding of topline drivers and changes. Work hand in hand with our Revenue Accounting team to understand the technical revenue accounting treatment across different products. Work closely with our Data Services and Business Systems teams to drive automation and data integrity.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum of 14+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, auditing, management consulting or public accounting at a top firm

  • Strong FP&A experience/knowledge ideally from working with go-to-market teams

  • 4-year degree in relevant field with strong academic performance, MBA preferred

  • Excellent project management skills and proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across a breadth of team members

  • Deep understanding of software revenue recognition under ASC 606R

  • SaaS experience preferred

  • Prior experience with building financial models based on large amounts of data

  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and exhibit the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics

  • Superior proficiency with Excel and complex financial modeling

  • Experience with financial planning, ERP and other business systems such as Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Workday HCM and Financials, Salesforce

  • Self-starter mentality and a great sense of ownership

  • Excellent executive communication, reporting, and presentations skills

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $169,000 USD - $243,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
