We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to lead our Business Applications team. This role is crucial in driving the development, implementation, and optimization of our business applications, ensuring they align with our company's goals and objectives. The Senior Director will be responsible for overseeing a team of professionals dedicated to supporting GTM, Finance & HR business functions through technology solutions. What You'll Do:

  • Partner with VP of Business Technology to establish the company’s IT objectives, goals, and standard operating procedures for business applications, including ERP systems, CRM platforms, and other critical applications.

  • Proactively analyze current state and identify new options for improving ways of working to achieve/exceed business results. Is able to think big, but start small. Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems

  • Drive day-to-day operations, program management, and strategic pivots for your initiatives, while presenting insights, status updates, and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate decision-making.

  • Independently review requests, troubleshoot and triage both process issues and technical bugs, identify root causes, and implement best practice solutions effectively.

  • Use data-driven insights to continuously seek opportunities for innovation to drive ongoing improvements.

  • Lead and manage the Business Applications team by upholding a high talent bar, providing guidance, mentorship, and support team members to meet goals and deliverables.

  • Become a trusted and reliable partner, collaborating closely with Leadership, Operations, Finance, Data Science, and HR teams.

  • Accountable for the selection, customization, and integration of new applications, ensuring they meet business needs and are compatible with existing systems.

  • Establish and maintain best practices, standards, and processes for application development, deployment, and support.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring effective delivery of services and solutions.

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

  • Develop and manage the departmental budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.

  • Manage Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans for business applications.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in IT with proven experience (8+ years) in a leadership role overseeing Business Applications teams.

  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, CPQ, and HCM. Experience with Salesforce CPQ/Billing and Workday Financials preferred.

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.

  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale implementation projects and system integrations. CPQ/Billing transformation experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels and backgrounds, build out action plans, manage its execution, and drive results.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.

  • A self-starter who learns works independently, quickly delivers high-quality work and can adapt to challenges, either individually or as part of a team.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Knowledge of JIRA Service Desk desirable

  • Experience in a SaaS company desirable

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $205,000 USD - $294,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
