The Manager of Revenue Solutions is an integral role on the Revenue Solutions team, driving Post Sales process optimization, solution implementation, and thought leadership on best practices. This individual will lead a team of Business Analyst(s), work daily alongside senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners, and lead programs that transform our business operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in business and systems analysis (Post Sales processes), project management and excellent communication skills. They enjoy building teams and thrive on solving complex problems within a dynamic, growing, and fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • Become a trusted and reliable partner, collaborating closely with Leadership, Operations, Enablement, and Business Technology teams, to build and optimize Post-Sales processes to address business problems.

  • Manage a team of at least one Business Analyst. Work closely with your direct reports to provide support in their work and promote their professional growth

  • Participate in team events during the SDLC (e.g., daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint demos).

  • Own high impact initiatives and drive from conception to execution and ongoing iteration. This includes analyzing, translating, and defining business requirements into technical solutions, providing updates to stakeholders, and making adjustments as needed for timely delivery.

  • Document and analyze current and proposed future state workflows to identify areas for improvement through process mapping.

  • Develop user stories, use cases, and functional specifications to effectively communicate requirements to developers.

  • Assist in user acceptance testing to ensure the tool meets requirements and functions as intended.

  • Gather user feedback and analyze usage data post-launch to inform future enhancements and updates.

  • Implement and maintain KPIs to track the effectiveness of new solutions. Use data-driven insights to continuously seek opportunities for innovation to drive ongoing improvements.

  • Partner with the Business Technology team to align business roadmap with cross-team capacity and prioritization for system development.

What you'll need:

  • 5-7 years of functional experience in SaaS business operations required, with 2+ years of people management experience

  • Ability to distill complex business issues into concrete action plans; manage execution; and drive results. Ability to work backward from stakeholder needs to design and operationalize relevant system processes

  • Experience implementing CRM/SFDC best practices.

  • Experience in creating process maps, writing technical user stories, documenting business requirements and running user acceptance tests.

  • Ability to understand business information to make effective business decisions in areas of expertise. Understanding of the business to apply knowledge and drive system & process best practices to meet organizational objectives.

  • Strong cross-functional (written & verbal) communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels and backgrounds.

  • Ability to work against tight timelines; Project management experience is a plus

  • Experience researching, developing and deploying sales tools, technologies, and automation solutions/strategies in the field.

  • Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimum supervision.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $115,000 USD - $165,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
