We’re looking for a Sr. HRBP to join our People team partnering with the Research and Development (R&D) teams here at ServiceTitan. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leaders and talent across the Armenia office as we focus on scaling the organization and everything that comes along with that. Driving impact for our customers is critical for our R&D teams, but equally important is the environment and culture in which the teams operate to achieve and those outcomes. The HRBP team plays a key role in our organization to achieve the extraordinary and the ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels.
We are looking for someone who has been exposed to the realities of working at a global company and can partner and help connect the needs of our teams in the Armenia office - both locally, internationally and remotely when applicable. This position requires establishing yourself as a trusted and knowledgeable partner to your business teams, being proactive, curious and solutions minded, and acting as an owner in everything you do. It requires a desire to roll up your sleeves and help make us even better at what we do for our next phase of growth. This role reports into our Sr. Director, HRBP based in the United States.
What You'll Do:
Provide thought partnership and coaching to our leaders in leading and scaling high performing, remote and in office, ambitious teams with business outcomes in mind.
Coach and advise across all levels of the organization on a variety of components impacting our Titans; including change management, performance management, people and team dynamics, organizational design, rewards and recognition, and employee relations concerns.
Build effective relationships while modeling and inspiring a culture of mutual accountability, grit, constructive collaboration, and high quality ownership and execution of outcomes.
Identify and drive organizational-wide opportunities and initiatives that scale impact and meaningfully add value to our Titans and teams.
Lead, collaborate and execute with the broader People Ops team to roll out all key people programs and processes around compensation reviews, DEI, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development programs for your groups.
Leverage data to identify themes and influence solutions.
Partner with your Global functional HRBP to ensure we’re building a cohesive experience within the function - regardless of location.
What You'll Bring:
7+ years of HR business experience, ideally with at least 4+ years of experience as a strategic HR business partner in a scaling environment.
Well-rounded experience with a variety of HR disciplines such as employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and talent development.
Experience supporting Engineering, Product, Design; both remotely and internationally.
Knowledgeable of local Armenia Labor Law and requirements.
Comfort in navigating complex situations and operating in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. An ability to identify root issues and coach/influence leaders and employees.
A deep level of curiosity and strong business acumen to be able to proactively connect the dots and make sound decisions using great judgment.
