As a Senior Content Analyst, you'll command our data analysis efforts, guiding our team in crafting data-driven insights and decision making. Your strategic thinking will be essential in optimizing our Digital Content for ServiceTitan.

What you’ll do:

  • Data Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough analysis of digital content performance metrics using various analytical tools.

    • Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in content effectiveness.

    • Provide actionable insights to optimize content for engagement and resolution.

  • Customer Feedback Analysis:

    • Collect and analyze customer feedback related to digital content through surveys, reviews, and other channels.

    • Summarize qualitative feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and preferences.

    • Use customer feedback to inform content strategies and improvements.

  • Content Personalization:

    • Utilize customer data and segmentation to develop personalized content strategies.

    • Collaborate with the personalization team to implement targeted content campaigns based on customer profiles and behavior.

  • KPI Tracking:

    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital content and establish tracking mechanisms.

    • Regularly report on KPIs, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

  • Collaboration with PM/UX Teams:

    • Work closely with UX/UI teams to integrate data-driven insights into the design and layout of digital content.

    • Provide recommendations to enhance user experience based on data analysis.

  • Content Attribution Modeling:

    • Develop and implement attribution models to understand the impact of different content touch-points on the customer journey.

    • Optimize content distribution based on attribution insights.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; or 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Proven track record of driving content performance improvements

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights

  • Stakeholder management and influence

  • Expanded knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Excel/Google Sheets Etc

  • Project Management skills

Preferred Skills:

  • MBA

  • Basic knowledge or understanding of Python and R
