Sr. Product Intelligence Analyst

What you'll do:
Collaborate directly with business users to gather requirements, develop solutions, and deliver insights using business intelligence platforms like Tableau.
Define key metrics with stakeholders and closely monitor the impact of releases and product changes.
Create insightful reports and visualizations to highlight trends and actionable insights for internal users.
Communicate user activity on our platform to business teams, establishing metrics to identify customer pain points.
Foster strong relationships within product and support teams to fully understand business needs.
Ensure appropriate instrumentation and metrics are in place to address fundamental business questions regarding product usage.
Proactively engage with stakeholders to continuously enhance analytics infrastructure and support informed business decisions.
What you'll need:
Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries.
Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake or Redshift.
Strong background in creating clear and insightful dashboards/visualizations using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Familiarity with A/B testing and experiment analysis.
Experience with clickstream/user interaction data (e.g., Fullstory, Amplitude).
Knowledge of DBT or other data engineering tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage and analyze significant amounts of data.
Experience in data wrangling and analysis using Python libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Matplotlib, Plotly, Scikit-learn) is a plus.
Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
5+ years of experience as a business analyst.
