ServiceTitan is seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, Strategic Finance to join one of the fastest-growing tech startups in Southern California, backed by the best VC firms in the SaaS space, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Iconiq Capital, Battery Ventures, Index Ventures, TPG, Sequoia and Thoma Bravo. This position will report to the VP, Strategic Finance and will enjoy a high level of executive visibility and impact to our rapidly-growing company. This role will be remote-first, with an expectation of in-person collaboration in Glendale 5-10 times per year.

You will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy and long-term planning. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining the long-term corporate financial model, analyzing capital allocation decisions, supporting special projects, and assisting with capital raising and deployment activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial principles, the ability to work collaboratively across departments, and a strong curiosity about our business and industry. You will combine a strategic mindset, analytical rigor, and business partnering across functions to help ServiceTitan optimize performance, unlock growth, and achieve our financial goals. This position will be highly cross-functional and interact with leaders across the business.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain the long-term corporate financial model, incorporating key business drivers and market trends.

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning, including building financial models to forecast the company's financial performance and evaluate potential investment opportunities.

  • Collaborate with senior management to establish and monitor long-term financial goals and objectives and key performance indicators.

  • Evaluate and recommend capital deployment strategies to support growth initiatives and enhance financial performance.

  • Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to evaluate the financial impact of various strategic options.

  • Support executive leadership on strategic ad hoc projects.

What You'll Need:

  • 4-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance. Formal training in Financial and/or Accounting concepts is preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience in a top management consulting firm, investment bank, private equity, hedge fund, and/or tech company in a finance/strategy/business development role. We are looking for candidates who have worked in high-performance teams using complex modeling to discover business insights.

  • High aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem-solving utilizing financial modeling, including strong Excel skills.

  • Strong understanding of key drivers of a SaaS business.

  • Candidates are required to be highly analytical, committed, and dependable, possessing strong interpersonal communication skills. (S)he must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of curiosity, focus on generating results, and exhibit the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics.

  • Candidates must be motivated, disciplined, flexible, and be able to work effectively on her/his own.

  • Excellent project management skills, ability to manage and extract insights from large data sets, critically analyze existing processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

  • Displays a high level of genuine curiosity about our business, asks lots of questions and displays eagerness to learn.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including PowerPoint and GSlides.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $136,000 CAD - $204,000 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
