We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People/HR Support Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and systemizing HR processes, ensuring compliance, managing operational support, leading cross-functional projects, building and developing the People Support Operations team (currently 4 direct reports).

What you'll do:

Leadership and Team Development

  • Manage the HR Operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

  • Develop ways of working and team structures that support the organization’s goals

  • Continuously assess team capacity and deliverables to ensure alignment with business needs

Optimization and Systemization

  • Develop and execute best practice global people procedures

  • Find innovative ways to ensure the operationalization of people operations processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

  • Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas of improvement

  • Manage compliance support and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely documentation

Operational Support and Incident Response

  • Handle operational support escalations efficiently

  • Manage incident responses, ensuring quick resolution and minimal disruption

Project Management

  • Contribute to and manage cross-functional HR projects

What you'll bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in People Operations and leading a team or a related field

  • Experience and exposure in solving people problems and partnering with people teams as well as key stakeholders such as Finance, IT, Legal

  • Experience procuring, enhancing, optimizing and integrating HR Systems, ideally Workday HCM

  • Experience working with EOR / PEO organizations is an asset

  • Track record of developing and managing internal people programs, policies, processes and teams for scale in a high growth company

  • High level of care for user experience, excellent interpersonal skills and a deep ability to understand what motivates others

  • Excellent organization skills, extremely high level of attention to detail, and ability to prioritize actions

  • Challenges the status quo and discovers and implements better and new ways of working

  • Experience in M&A, integrations, and optimizations is an asset

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $115,000 USD - $165,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
