About the Role:

  • Act as the primary finance business partner to Post Sales (Customer Success, Customer Support, and Onboarding functions) and provide financial leadership across headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

  • Build robust financial frameworks and reporting - you will own financial frameworks to drive decision making support across the GTM organization, owning both financial modeling and reporting

  • Be a trusted business partner - the leadership team will rely on you to provide insights that drive key business strategies, highlighting opportunities for continued growth, and mitigating any potential risks

  • Own our close process - you will own the month end close process, driving operational efficiency and improvement

  • Partner cross functionally - you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally (with Success, Onboarding, Support, Operations, HR and the rest of the Finance team) to tackle complex projects that span across the GTM organization

  • Own our forecasting process - you will own the Post Sales monthly forecast (headcount planning, resource allocation, discretionary spend tracking)

  • Help us scale - develop people, tools, systems, and process improvements to drive automation, efficiency, and discipline in deal structures

  • Promote thought-leadership - you will identify areas for process improvement to scale forecasting and reporting tools, processes, and methodologies

What You'll Need:

  • 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably from a SaaS tech company in a finance/strategy role or a top management consulting firm (CPA or MBA preferred). We are looking for candidates that have worked in high-performance teams using complex modeling to discover business insights

  • Proven ability to lead and scale high performing teams, prior people management experience is a high need

  • Must possess a growth mindset - be endlessly curious to solve complex challenges and thrive while navigating the ambiguity

  • Strong experience in financial modeling and strategic business planning, including the creation and execution of robust financial plans

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely

  • Proven track record and ability to work cross-functionally, while manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

  • Be a self-starter, possessing a solutions oriented mindset
