ServiceTitan’s Director, Account Executive, Fintech Sales is an integral, highly-visible role that drives success for the ServiceTitan’s Fintech Sales team. S/he will manage a team of Fintech Sales Managers to reach the monthly/annual company and individual quota targets. The Director defines the vision and strategy for the Fintech Sales team, and coaches the team on best practices and sales strategies to achieve company targets. The Director is directly involved in our largest fintech sales deals and navigates successful partnerships with our customers and business partners.
Further, the Director is responsible for strategic initiatives and partnerships with our Marketing, Product, Growth, Customer Success, Onboarding and Deal Desk teams. S/he will provide sales perspective and guidance to product development, releases, pricing strategy, customer escalation, operational process and technology changes. The Director drives change management within the team as the company evolves.
What you'll do:
- Create and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our fintech sales motion
- Design compensation plans and quotas based on the annual operating target and headcount plan
- Lead a team of sales managers and representatives with established performance management
- Forecast, manage team pipeline and report on team outcomes
- Enable and coach the sales team on best practices and creative sales levers to close deals
- Foster & build overall relationship with key customers to drive increased adoption of fintech modules
- Go-to-resource for sales input on key strategic initiatives and projects
- Use technical and business acumen to develop new strategies and align business drivers to ServiceTitan’s solutions
- Proactively work with customers to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Strategy, Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Leadership to develop coordinated view and consistent measurement of adoption of ServiceTitan
- Track and measure business impact and report out to cross-functional stakeholders
What you'll need:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- Proven leadership: 8+ years experience in a SaaS and/or fintech environment/company with history of exceeding sales targets and leading teams
- Demonstrated success managing managers achieving team quotas
- Demonstrated success in achieving company quota targets
- Experience in sales, service, or customer success-related role required including account planning, prospecting, running sales calls, and negotiating
- Build relationships with customers and articulate the value of ServiceTitan offerings
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce/CRM
- Creativity and ability to run with minimal direction in an ambiguous environment
- Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions
- Excellent communication skills

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $139,000 USD - $200,000 USD + commissions. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
