The Growth Marketing Manager for the Residential Market is responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives within the ServiceTitan Residential Market. This market encompasses core trades such as HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing, as well as ServiceTitan's newest expansion industries including Exteriors and Roofing. The Market Manager will work cross-functionally with the Center of Excellence execution teams and beyond to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies, driving both customer acquisition and engagement in these key industries. This role will oversee market performance, enhance brand awareness, and collaborate across teams to hit our marketing/pipeline goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Planning: Help develop marketing strategies for the Residential Market, focusing on the core trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) and new trade opportunities such as Roofing segment. The strategies will focus on customer acquisition and market share.

  • Execution and Performance: Contribute to the oversight of marketing initiatives for the Residential Market, ensuring tactics are executed effectively across all channels. Monitor and report on the success of these campaigns against KPIs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between various teams, including sales, product development, customer success, and marketing. Ensure cohesive execution of strategies for both core trades and new trade expansion.

  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for initiatives within the Residential Market. Provide regular reports and actionable insights on market performance, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams that contribute to the Residential Market's success. Foster a collaborative culture to achieve market-specific objectives.

  • Communicate Results: Lead cross-functional meetings and presentations, clearly communicating strategy, results, and opportunities to various stakeholders, including executives like a GM, ensuring alignment and driving decisions that impact business outcomes.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience working with xDR (MDR/SDR/BDR) sales development teams to drive marketing and sales alignment preferred.

  • Ability to lead by influence, especially working cross-functionally with sales and marketing leaders to achieve market goals.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to use appropriate measurement approaches to analyze data, generate insights, and drive business decisions.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize activities effectively, focusing on the critical few, while communicating and aligning conflicting priorities and proposing solutions.

  • Entrepreneurial “test & learn” mindset with a track record of innovation; ability to move and pivot quickly in response to changing market conditions.

  • Clear communication skills to report results and learnings in a way that allows all partners to benefit and see ongoing opportunities within their channels.


Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of business experience analyzing complex problems with proven results in influencing business outcomes.

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in growth-stage company environments.

  • B2B SaaS experience preferred and strong familiarity with inbound demand generation funnels.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $102,000 CAD - $154,000 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
