ServiceTitan is seeking an experienced Litigation and Employment Paralegal to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide critical support for litigation, disputes and other legal matters, as well as various internal compliance projects. This position will enhance the efficiency and impact of our legal team by serving as a key point of contact for both external and internal communications and providing project management for various legal initiatives. What You'll Do:

Legal Matter Support

  • Support litigation, disputes, and other legal matters by coordinating with internal stakeholders, gathering facts and documents, conducting first-level review, formatting productions, conducting preliminary research, drafting documents, and managing case file organization
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including agreements, responses to letters, and other general legal correspondence under attorney supervision
  • Manage litigation hold processes, including drafting and issuing holds to custodians, tracking statuses, and lifting holds when appropriate
  • Assist with e-discovery processes, including managing document collection and review processes and coordinating with IT on data preservation and collection
  • Facilitate administrative processes related to legal matters, including tracking status of ongoing matters, calendaring dates and deadlines, and coordinating with both outside counsel and internal departments

Internal Legal Team Support

  • Serve as a liaison between the legal team and key stakeholders throughout the company to strengthen relationships, build workflows, ensure timely communications and escalations to legal, and maintain momentum on internal projects
  • Provide project management support for various projects, including coordinating work with cross-functional partners, setting meeting agendas, maintaining project trackers and other documentation Support legal training initiatives by developing training materials, including slideshows and handouts, and participating in presentations
  • Help drive forward compliance work such as internal audits, policy updates, and other internal projects
  • Assist with tracking legal expenses, managing outside counsel invoices, and supporting budget planning processes
  • Maintain and update forms, templates, playbooks, and other resources to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Demonstrate flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and subject matter areas as the needs of the legal department evolve

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a litigation and/or employment paralegal in a law firm or in-house setting
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, prioritization, and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and managing competing priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in document management and production
  • Experience with civil litigation practice, litigation holds, discovery workflows, and e-discovery processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance matters preferred
  • At least 7+ years of paralegal experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification preferred
  • Experience in both law firm and in-house settings preferred

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $124,400 USD - $166,400 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
