At ServiceTitan, we are transforming how trades businesses operate. We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and hands-on Director, G&A Systems to join our Corporate Engineering team. This role will lead and scale our enterprise systems supporting Finance, Legal, and People Operations functions. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on approach in a collaborative and fast paced environment. You’ll partner closely with Finance, Legal, and People leaders and serve as a key enabler of compliant, auditable technology practices.
This strategic leadership role will own the roadmap, delivery, and operational excellence for platforms including Workday, CLM (Ironclad), and related G&A systems.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership
Act as the primary technology partner to G&A leaders (Finance, Legal, and People), aligning systems strategy to business goals and compliance requirements.
Define and execute multi-year application roadmaps, ensuring robust process support and operational scalability.
Drive stakeholder alignment and system governance across platform enhancements, change control, and business process transformation.
Platform & Product Ownership
Lead the roadmap and operations for Workday Financials (and HCM in partnership with People Tech).
Oversee legal systems including Ironclad (CLM), compliance tools, DocuSign (eSignature platforms), and FP&A solutions (Adaptive).
In partnership with the People Tech team, support the evolution of People systems across onboarding, talent, compensation, and workforce data management.
SOX Compliance, Controls & Audit Readiness
Own the system-level SOX compliance posture for Finance and G&A applications, ensuring strong ITGCs, access controls, and audit trails.
Establish and enforce change management, production deployment governance, and approval workflows across platforms.
Partner with Finance, Legal, and Internal Audit teams to remediate control gaps, drive automation of key controls, and prepare for internal/external audits.
Develop and maintain documentation for system procedures, access rights, and audit evidence in accordance with SOX and IPO-readiness standards.
Execution Excellence & Operational Stewardship
Build and lead a high-performing team of system experts
Manage vendor relationships, project delivery, platform SLAs, and backlog prioritization.
Lead cross-functional projects including platform consolidations, M&A integrations, and enterprise upgrades.
Innovation, Insights & Integration
Champion AI & Automation, reporting, and workflow optimization to improve operational efficiency and data integrity.
Ensure strong integration design across Salesforce, Workday, CLM, and finance tools via middleware (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft).
Leverage system data and metrics to proactively identify improvement opportunities across G&A.
What You'll Bring:
Experience & Technical Skills
10+ years of experience leading business systems teams with proven hands-on leadership experience across the Workday platform and architecture.
Experienced in broader G&A technology platforms and tools enabling Finance (GL, AP, Procurement, Revenue), Legal (CLM, entity compliance) business functions and partnering with People Tech (HCM, Talent, Compensation) team.
Success in partnering with cross-functional leaders in fast-paced, high-growth software companies. Experience with public companies is preferred.
Experience with SOX ITGCs, change management practices, and audit/compliance documentation standards.
Experience with cross-functional integration design and execution across systems like Salesforce, Workday, Stripe, Plaid, Avalara, DocuSign, Ironclad and more.
Hands-on experience with platform governance, data integrity, security models, and release planning.
Experience driving automation and AI adoption in G&A functions is a plus
Workday certifications and familiarity with tools like Jira, Workato, AI & Automations are a plus.
Leadership & Soft Skills
Experience in leading teams, driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering business impact (an outcome driven approach)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language for diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $183,400 USD - $245,400 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
