We're looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist to bring their expertise and curiosity to this team.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Be the Expert: Serve as the final stop for our toughest customer challenges. You'll investigate, replicate, and resolve complex software and data issues escalated from our front-line support team, becoming a true product expert.
Bridge the Gap: Act as a vital link between our clients and our development team. You’ll clearly document bugs, collaborate with engineers to test fixes, and ensure we’re constantly improving our software based on real-world feedback.
Turn Data into Answers: Use your SQL skills to dive into databases, untangle data mysteries, and get to the root cause of an issue. You'll ensure our clients' data is accurate and works for them.
Communicate with Clarity: Be the calm, clear voice of technical expertise for our clients. You'll keep them informed and confident as you work toward a solution, explaining technical details in a way that's easy to understand.
Elevate the Team: Help us get better every day by mentoring colleagues, sharing your knowledge, and contributing to our internal knowledge base and support procedures.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
A Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ year in a client-facing support role, OR a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong technical fundamentals, including:
Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and understand select/join queries.
Experience working with APIs.
Familiarity with report writing tools (like Report Designer, Crystal, Microsoft Access).
Knowledge of C#, HTML, or VBA scripting is a plus!
A passion for problem-solving and a genuine curiosity to find the "why" behind an issue.
Excellent communication skills. You can explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A collaborative spirit. You work well with teammates, developers, and clients to reach a common goal.
Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, or Confluence is preferred but not required.
