As a Product Designer for Marketplace, you’ll help shape how our customers discover, adopt, and succeed with the best solutions in the trades industry. Imagine designing experiences that connect contractors with trusted partners — unlocking new ways to grow their businesses and deliver exceptional service.

You’ll join a dynamic, collaborative design team and play a key role in evolving one of ServiceTitan’s most strategic products. Your work will empower our partners with a powerful new channel to reach customers at scale — and help our customers discover tools that transform how they operate every day.

What You’ll Do

• Design impactful solutions: Craft intuitive, engaging Marketplace experiences that help customers find, evaluate, and adopt the right partner solutions with ease.

• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product managers, engineers, UXRs, and other designers to bring ideas to life and deliver best-in-class user experiences.

• Champion partners and users: Deeply understand partner needs and customer goals through research, interviews, and usability testing — turning insights into thoughtful design.

• Refine and iterate: Leverage feedback from users, partners, and stakeholders to continuously improve Marketplace design and deliver experiences that convert.

• Shape our design system: Contribute to ServiceTitan’s design system to ensure Marketplace stays cohesive, scalable, and accessible.

What You’ll Bring

• A customer–partner mindset: You’re passionate about connecting people to solutions — designing experiences that deliver real business impact.

• Design expertise: Proficiency in Figma, with a portfolio that shows thoughtful, effective product design — Marketplace or B2B SaaS experience is a huge plus.

• Collaboration skills: You love working cross-functionally, embracing feedback, and elevating your teammates’ work.

• Adaptability: You’re excited to tackle complex design challenges and iterate quickly to get it right.

• A growth mentality: You’re driven to learn, grow, and help level up the entire design team.

Fixed Term: Please note that this position is for an initial duration of six months (6 months).
