Act as a strategic right hand to the GM, Pest & Lawn - supporting high-priority initiatives across go-to-market, product, and customer engagement
Help the business achieve or exceed bookings and churn targets by identifying levers for improvement and partnering cross-functionally to act on them
Deepen our presence in the Pest & Lawn industry by serving as a trusted advisor to customers, channel partners, and internal teams
Support key sales efforts by joining customer calls, executive briefings (EBRs/QBRs), and industry events to drive retention, expansion, and referrals
Drive strategies that bring in referenceable customers and strengthen long-term relationships across key accounts
Define customer segments, workflows, and key business drivers across trades like Pest, Lawn, Pools and Spa - bringing structured feedback back into the business
Partner with Product & R&D to align roadmap investments with market needs, particularly around integrations with suppliers, insurance platforms, and canvassing tools
Collaborate with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Post-Sales) to drive adoption, improve retention, and deliver a cohesive go-to-market strategy
Support strategy planning and performance tracking - helping identify gaps, monitor KPIs, and drive execution across a highly cross-functional team
Bring an innovation lens to the role - identifying opportunities to deploy AI and automation to improve internal workflows and customer experiences
Represent ServiceTitan externally through events, strategic partnerships, and speaking opportunities, acting as a key ambassador for the brand
What you’ll bring:
10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, GTM leadership, or related roles - preferably within SaaS and the Pest & Lawn market
Proven track record of building trusted relationships with enterprise customers, influencing decisions without formal authority
Deep knowledge of the Pest & Lawn space - especially across workflows in SMB and enterprise settings
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with experience aligning Product, Sales, and Marketing around shared goals
Executive presence with the ability to represent the company in strategic conversations and high-stakes customer interactions
Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high autonomy and ownership
Strong analytical and communication skills, with a strategic mindset and bias for action
Familiarity with the tools and technologies shaping the exteriors industry - including CRMs, estimating platforms, insurance tech, and supplier systems
