ServiceTitan is seeking a highly skilled communications expert to lead our executive social media program. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Social Media, the Executive Social Media Manager will be a trusted partner to our C-suite, responsible for translating their vision and our corporate strategy into a compelling and authentic online presence.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with a passion for bringing structure to complex initiatives. You are not only a strategist, but also prepared to personally manage all aspects, from content strategy to daily execution. This individual will collaborate closely with multiple executives and internal teams to deliver a best-in-class program. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills, the ability to authentically capture an executive’s voice and style, and deep experience managing social media for senior, high-visibility leaders. This candidate must be adept at managing the social media activities of multiple leaders, navigating a complex business environment, and demonstrating exceptional judgment, discretion, and political savvy in a fast-paced executive setting.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all social media inquiries and initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and engagement with our executive team on a regular basis.

  • Develop content and engagement strategy for each leader based on business priorities, key themes, and personal interests

  • Ghostwrite, and execute all social media content, capturing their unique, authentic voices and aligning their narratives with overarching business goals.

  • Measure program impact and tailor content strategy based on learnings

  • Proactively monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant conversations, identifying strategic opportunities for our executives to engage and lead the discussion.

What you'll bring:

  • Communications professional with 5+ years of experience in social media or corporate communications, with at least 3+ years dedicated specifically to managing executive social media presence

  • World-class ghostwriting, copywriting, and editorial skills, with a proven ability to capture and adapt to multiple, distinct executive voices

  • Unimpeachable discretion, confidentiality, and exceptional attention to detail

  • Proven ability to build strong, advisory relationships and manage complex dynamics with C-level stakeholders, acting with confidence, tact, and diplomacy.

  • Deep understanding of the social media landscape, particularly LinkedIn, with a point of view on how to leverage channels for thought leadership

  • Data-driven problem solver with a clear perspective on how to measure success and demonstrate the business value of social media programs

  • Cross-collaborative by nature, you can quickly build relationships and are excited to build this new function while integrating it into the broader team strategy

Compensation Disclosure:

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected compensation for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $121,000 CAD - $170,900 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on many factors, including skills, performance over time, business needs, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits. This position may also be eligible for a bonus.
