We're seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to join the performance marketing team. This individual will work closely with marketing channel owners and our account-based marketing leads to optimize campaigns that drive both inbound pipeline and strategic account penetration. The specialist will be a key player in bridging the gap between broad-market performance and high-touch, account-specific targeting.
What you'll do:
Assist channel managers in the development, implementation, and optimization of paid media campaigns across our brand portfolio within dedicated ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Meta, LinkedIn).
Coordinate and execute paid media strategies designed for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise account lists, ensuring consistent messaging across the buyer journey for our highest-value prospects.
Maintain first-party and third-party audience segments and orchestration based on account-intent triggers with a focus on AI-enabled tactics e.g. real-time lead scoring.
Analyze media performance via CRM and ABM tools to identify trends in account engagement and pipeline influence, inclusive of both ABM and evergreen campaigns.
Collaborate with creative services to tailor ad copy and assets for specific personas or industry verticals (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) to maximize engagement and account-level conversion.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid search, paid social or programmatic advertising.
Expert-level knowledge of at least one paid media platform (Google, Meta, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and some experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.

Compensation Disclosure:
ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected compensation for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $71,800 CAD - $107,800 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on many factors, including skills, performance over time, business needs, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits. This position may also be eligible for a bonus.
