Ready to be a Titan?

ServiceTitan’s Product Analytics team is the engine behind data-driven product decisions across our Pro product portfolio. We partner directly with product, engineering, finance, and customer success leaders to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that shape the direction of our platform. Our work spans the full lifecycle—from adoption and engagement to retention and growth—so the impact you’ll have is both broad and deeply felt across the organization.

As a Lead Product Analyst, you’ll own the analytical infrastructure and insights strategy for critical product areas. You’ll be the go-to expert for senior leadership when they need to understand product performance, customer behavior, and growth opportunities. This is a high-visibility role—you’ll regularly present to VP+ audiences and influence product roadmaps with your findings.

Beyond your individual impact, you’ll mentor and uplevel other analysts on the team, helping to scale our capabilities and build a culture of analytical excellence. If you’re passionate about using data to help the trades modernize and grow—and you want to do it alongside a collaborative, high-performing team—we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect Data Solutions: Design, build, and maintain scalable data tables and models in Snowflake, serving as a single source of truth for cross-team analyses.

  • Develop Reusable Tools: Build robust, multipurpose dashboards and visualizations in ThoughtSpot or similar tools, empowering business users to self-serve actionable insights.

  • Provide Strategic Insights: Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns in complex data sets; prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management.

  • Drive Infrastructure Improvements: Proactively partner with stakeholders in product, finance, and engineering to continuously improve analytics infrastructure.

  • Mentor and Lead: Serve as a technical leader and mentor for other analysts, guiding best practices and raising team quality and efficiency.

  • Own the Roadmap: Lead solutions for complex, loosely scoped problems; partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into a long-term analytics roadmap.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience as a product or product analyst, with a bachelor’s degree in a business or quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Experience working in the technology industry, preferably in a direct-to-consumer business.

  • Advanced SQL expertise (Snowflake preferred).

  • Strong clickstream data experience and web analytics skills.

  • Experience leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).

  • Proven experience building scalable dashboards using ThoughtSpot or similar BI tools.

  • Executive communication skills with experience presenting to VP+ audiences.

  • Strong business acumen and systems-thinking ability.
