Ready to be a Titan?
At ServiceTitan, we're building the operating system for the trades. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Exteriors vertical and help transform how roofing, siding, gutters, and windows contractors run their businesses end-to-end. You'll focus on surfacing the operational gaps that cost contractors time and money, and building the tools that close them.
You'll bring a AI-forward mindset to solve real operational problems in ways that feel built for the future of scaled operations. The position starts persona-focused, giving you the opportunity to develop genuine expertise in how exteriors professionals work, with clear room to grow into feature and domain ownership as you build that foundation.
What you'll do:
Own the feature roadmap and delivery for production workflows in the Exteriors segment.
Map the end-to-end workflow of enterprise customers to identify friction points, inefficiencies, and gaps that create rework, delays, or lost revenue.
Lead customer discovery and market research to build deep fluency in how exteriors businesses actually operate.
Translate complex, multi-step field operations into intuitive product experiences that work for office and field staff.
Partner with engineering and design to ship AI-powered features — including intelligent recommendations, automated workflows and agentic first experiences — that measurably reduce manual work for operators at scale.
Define, track, and communicate success metrics tied to efficiency gains, adoption, and customer outcomes.
Work across engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to align on advanced AI solutions and ship features that drive measurable business value for customers.
Identify, track, and resolve cross-team dependencies before they become blockers.
What you'll bring:
5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in B2B SaaS.
Experience owning operational, workflow, or field-service products.
Experience serving construction, trades, or service businesses is a big plus.
Sharp instincts for workflow analysis: you can walk through how a business operates, spot where things break down, and design solutions that actually fit the job.
Ability to balance complex operational realities with a relentless focus on simplicity and ease of use.
Data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making, with the ability to define outcomes and measure impact.
Strong communication and stakeholder skills—you can bring clarity to complex problems and generate alignment across stakeholders.
Self-starter mentality: you take initiative, operate with ownership and urgency when necessary.
Why This Role Matters:
Exteriors contractors run complex, high-stakes jobs where a misstep in production—a missed delivery, a scheduling conflict, an incomplete inspection—can unwind weeks of sales work. Your job is to make sure that doesn't happen. By building tools that give contractors visibility, control, and efficiency across the production lifecycle, you'll help them protect their margins, grow their capacity, and build businesses that scale.
