ServiceTitan is expanding its global footprint with the launch of our Bengaluru office, and we are seeking an Office Coordinator to help establish and elevate the workplace experience for our growing team. This role is central to how Titans and guests experience our office every day.

You will be expected to anticipate needs, resolve issues independently, and contribute to a workplace where employees feel supported and engaged.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and guests, providing front-desk coverage, scheduling, and a consistently professional experience.
- Conduct regular office walkthroughs to maintain standards across cleanliness, security, organization, and seat management.
- Manage stationery, first-aid supplies, and employee nourishment programs, including lunch, beverages, and snacks.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Plan and execute company events and employee experiences in coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Identify opportunities to improve workplace operations, including the use of AI and automation tools to streamline recurring tasks.
- Plan and prioritize your own workload independently, ensuring daily and weekly objectives are met.
- Manage multiple workstreams concurrently with increasing autonomy and ownership.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience as an office or workplace coordinator, or in a comparable administrative, hospitality, or operations role.
- Strong decision-making skills and sound judgment under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a project from initiation through completion with limited supervision.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- A service-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering a high-quality employee experience.
- Strong interest in leveraging AI tools to automate and improve workplace processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Resourceful and proactive in addressing unexpected challenges.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Higher education is a plus.
