You Will Have The Opportunity To:
- Manage a team of two with the primary goal of creating new partnerships
- Enable our existing partners in person and remotely to drive pipeline and revenue
- Represent Shopmonkey at industry field events, including speaking opportunities around automotive trends and best practices
- Iterate the channel sales strategy over time to scale the program
- Work directly with senior sales and executive leadership internally
We Are Looking For You If You Have:
- Leadership skills and experience in managing a team
- A strategic partnerships or sales background
- Expertise in building and leading new programs from the ground up
- Experience interfacing with senior leadership
- Trade show experience
- Public speaking skills
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Automotive industry experience strongly preferred
In the United States the range is typically a salary of $100,000 to mid salary of $110,000 + uncapped commission + equity + benefits. The range provided is Shopmonkey’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. Consult with your Recruiter during the initial call to determine a more targeted range based on these job-related factors.
