Job Overview:

As our Creative Manager, you will work closely with individual creators (focused on either illustration, photo editing, logo design, or 3D). Your role will be to initiate dynamic, goal-oriented conversations that generate content ideas aligned with exact project guidelines. Each idea will be developed through multi-turn interactions. You’ll provide prompts and feedback that evolve over multiple conversational turns, guiding creators from initial concepts to final visualizations that serve specific purposes, such as marketing assets, book covers, logos, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop 200+ unique, structured content ideas weekly with daily targets in conversation-driven formats across your assigned content specialization (illustration, photo, logo, or 3D).

- Conduct engaging, multi-turn conversations with creators to refine ideas, maintaining at least two conversational turns for each content concept.

- Use provided guidelines to create goal-oriented conversations tailored to real-world outcomes, such as designing a logo with a particular aesthetic or creating a visualization for a specific campaign.

- Review each creator's portfolio and style to offer prompts that align with their strengths, facilitating goal-oriented creative outcomes.

- Stay updated on trends within your area of focus to ensure ideas are current, innovative, and market-relevant.

- Provide real-time feedback and adjustments to maintain high standards and meet project guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Experience in a creative or coordination role focused on visual content, ideally specializing in one area: illustration, photography, logo design, or 3D.

- Proficient in conducting goal-oriented, conversation-driven content ideation with experience guiding creators through multi-turn prompts.

- Strong ability to assess portfolios and align ideas with individual creator styles.

- Skilled in following strict guidelines to develop practical, high-quality visual ideas.

- Excellent written communication in English skills for clear, structured feedback in conversational formats.
