Wirestock is seeking a results-driven recruitment focused HR Manager to lead our full-cycle talent acquisition efforts while also establishing and managing core HR processes. Responsibilities
- Drive the full-cycle recruitment process: Create compelling job postings, proactively source candidates through multiple channels, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage offer negotiations
- Develop talent acquisition strategies: Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and cultivate relationships with potential candidates
- Leverage data and metrics: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) to refine strategies, improve efficiency, and report on hiring progress
- Onboarding and integration: Coordinate and streamline the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a seamless transition into the company
- Establish and manage HR processes: Develop and maintain HR policies, systems, and procedures to ensure efficient operations and compliance
- Support HR functions: Assist with basic HR inquiries, employee relations, and policy implementation, while focusing primarily on recruitment needs
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (either as a dedicated recruiter or in a combined HR/Recruitment role)
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in hiring for creative roles (e.g., marketing, production studios, design) is a major plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working at a high pace, rapidly growing tech company is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
