Role Description

We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional projects, driving collaboration and innovation within a fast-paced, supportive environment. You’ll work closely with a diverse range of creators: photographers, designers, illustrators, videographers, 3D artists, and more.

As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of each project from concept to completion through strategic planning, clear stakeholder communication, and meticulous coordination of assets and data. Your leadership will help turn creative vision into impactful results by guiding a talented team of professionals and creators.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that align with company objectives, ensuring the successful delivery of project milestones.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Forge and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication at every project phase.
• Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, budgets, and materials, to maximize productivity and ensure project success.
• Data Management: Oversee the organization and management of project data, ensuring its accuracy, security, and accessibility for informed decision-making.
• Performance Reporting: Regularly report on project status to key stakeholders, providing insights into progress, challenges, and strategies for overcoming obstacles.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in project outputs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate them effectively.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, reviewers, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and synergy across various project segments.
• Client and Partner Relations: Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients and partners, providing them with exceptional support and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years experience in project management, with a focus on content.
• Experience in creative agencies, design studios, or multimedia production environments is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Understanding of photography techniques and technical aspects is a huge plus.
• Knowledge of design fundamentals such as color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy is a huge plus.
• Understanding of video production and editing is highly preferred.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong communication skills, adept in both verbal and written forms, facilitating clear and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects with stringent deadlines.
• Commitment to excellence, with meticulous attention to detail and a consistent delivery of high-quality work.
• Adaptability and resilience, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, with advanced knowledge of additional languages being an asset.
