• Analyze complex datasets to extract insights that inform product and operational decisions
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and data visualizations for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to understand data needs and design reporting solutions
• Identify patterns and trends to improve data quality, detect anomalies, and flag potential issues
• Assist in designing and improving data pipelines and processes for reporting and analytics

• Educational background or demonstrated interest in business, economics, or product-focused environments
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, charts, pivot tables)
• Basic SQL knowledge and ability to write/optimize queries
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Firebase) is highly desirable

• Experience with tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI
