🎯 About the Role
We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist who can take full ownership of our hiring pipeline, from sourcing to final offer for our global network of content specialists. Your mission is simple: find sharp, reliable people fast, and help us build a scalable, high-quality review team.
You’ll own the full recruitment cycle.
A deep understanding of our business, the projects we run, the fast-moving workflows and the type of content we handle is key to finding and bringing in the right people who can truly deliver.
This role is ideal for someone who is:
- Naturally good at spotting potential in people;
- Comfortable working autonomously;
- Familiar with hiring in creative, digital or content-heavy industries.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of hiring for high-volume content roles (content specialists).
- Source candidates globally via LinkedIn, niche platforms and communities.
- Conduct screening interviews, assess fit and make confident hiring recommendations.
- Understand the nuances of our projects and workload to build relevant candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with the content team to stay in sync on needs.
- Keep hiring structured and efficient, while ensuring a great candidate experience.
- Occasionally support people-ops tasks like scheduling 1-on-1s or onboarding new reviewers and other administrative duties.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of recruiting experience (in-house, agency or freelance).
- Experience hiring for content, creative or remote ops roles is a big plus.
- Strong interview instincts; you can spot both red flags and high-potential talent.
- Confident in making decisions, moving quickly and owning results.
- Solid written and verbal communication (English required).
