Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Talent Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment of freelance collaborators such as photo editors, illustrators, graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other creative specialists. The role focuses on mass hiring, proactive sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding freelancers into Wirestock’s large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source creative freelancers globally using platforms, communities, and direct outreach
• Conduct mass hiring campaigns to build a strong pool of creative professionals
• Screen portfolios and applications, filter and shortlist candidates
• Assign and review test tasks to ensure skills and quality
• Provide candidates with clear project details, expectations, and guidelines
• Onboard freelancers and integrate them into the project workflow
• Manage the entire recruitment pipeline from sourcing to onboarding
• Keep structured databases of freelancers and maintain ongoing communication

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting creative professionals (photo editors, illustrators, designers, photographers, videographers)
• Strong track record in mass hiring and managing large pipelines
• Understanding of creative and visual fields to evaluate candidates effectively
• Knowledge of freelance platforms, sourcing channels, and creative networks
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment cycles at once
• Proactive and resourceful, with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
