Role Description

We are looking for a Creative Lead and Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for our clients. You will understand each project in detail, collect requirements, communicate them to project managers and creators, and make sure all work is delivered on time and in high quality. You will review creative outputs, guide the feedback process, and maintain strong communication with clients throughout the full lifecycle of the project.

This role works closely with project managers, reviewers, and a wide range of creators including photographers, illustrators, designers, and videographers.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding client needs and turning them into clear project requirements.
  • Communication with clients and partners for alignment, updates, and feedback.
  • Reviewing creative assets before delivery to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Creating clear briefs and documentation for the internal team.
  • Tracking project progress together with PMs.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of all creative outputs.
  • Building long term and trusting relationships with clients.
  • Identifying risks early and communicating them to the team.
  • Keeping accurate records of client feedback and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in account management or client facing roles within creative agencies, studios or content production.
  • Strong background in managing creative projects and working closely with project managers and creators.
  • Solid understanding of photography, illustration and visual content workflows.
  • Good knowledge of design principles including composition, color, layout and visual hierarchy.
  • Proven experience communicating with clients on complex creative projects and managing feedback cycles.
  • Excellent English knowledge written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • High attention to detail and consistency when reviewing creative work.
  • Ability to manage several tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong self organization and ability to work independently and with cross functional teams.
