We’re looking for a highly organized, execution focused Business Operations Associate to work directly with the CEO and support the day to day operations of a fast growing technology company.

This is a hands on role for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure across business operations, executive support, people operations, and external coordination. You will play a key role in keeping internal processes running smoothly and helping leadership stay focused on the highest impact priorities.

What You’ll Do:

• Support client billing workflows including invoicing coordination and follow ups
• Prepare materials for board meetings and leadership reviews
• Support planning and execution of all hands meetings
• Track priorities, action items, and follow through across teams
• Partner with global HR teams to help with onboarding and operations
• Coordinate internal processes and documentation
• Research and manage conference, event, and speaking opportunities
• Handle scheduling, submissions, and event logistics
• Act as a coordination bridge between US based leadership and global teams

Who You Are:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, consulting, program management, or a similar role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear and concise written and verbal communicator
• Comfortable working across time zones
• Proactive, reliable, and able to execute with limited direction
• Interest in startups, technology, or creator driven platforms is a plus
