Role Overview

Wirestock is looking for a tech-savvy creative to lead our project briefing process. This isn't just about writing documents; it’s about visualizing ideas. You will be responsible for translating project goals into high-impact video briefs and documentation. You will use a modern stack of AI tools to automate voiceovers, generate visuals, and edit content that inspires our creators and comprehensively explains the project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Multimedia Briefing: Transform complex project requirements into clear, engaging video and written briefs.
• AI-Driven Production: Utilize AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT) to generate scripts, visual assets, and high-quality voiceovers.
• Video Editing: Perform end-to-end editing of internal and external project videos, ensuring high production value and narrative flow.
• Content Strategy: Stay ahead of digital content trends to ensure our project directions are modern, platform-relevant, and competitive.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between management and the creative/technical teams to ensure no "intent" is lost in translation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable, as you will be crafting briefs for a global context.
• Video Editing Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut (Desktop) or other applicable editing software.
• AI Literacy: Proven experience using Generative AI for workflow optimization (text-to-video, text-to-image, and AI voice cloning).
• Digital Content Expertise: An advanced understanding of digital content creation.
• Portfolio: Ability to demonstrate previous work where you’ve simplified a complex idea through video or visual storytelling.

• The "Early Adopter" Mindset: You are the first person to try a new Beta tool or AI plugin.
• Visual Eye: A strong sense of typography, pacing, and aesthetic composition.
• Interest in filmography and other forms of media.
