About the Job

We’re looking for a highly organized, execution driven Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and help drive company wide priorities at a fast growing technology company.

This is a high impact role for an experienced operator who wants broad exposure across business operations, executive planning, people operations, and external coordination. You will act as a force multiplier for the CEO, helping translate strategy into execution while ensuring internal processes run efficiently and leadership stays focused on the highest impact initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead preparation for board meetings, including materials, metrics, narratives, and follow through
• Drive company level priority tracking and ensure leadership accountability
• Oversee client billing operations and strengthen financial process discipline
• Partner with finance and operations to improve reporting and internal systems
• Lead planning and execution of all hands meetings and leadership offsites
• Collaborate with global HR teams on organizational planning and operational HR processes
• Identify operational gaps and implement scalable processes
• Manage conference strategy, executive speaking opportunities, and external positioning
• Act as a strategic coordination bridge between US based leadership and global teams

Who You Are

• 5 to 10 years of experience in consulting, operations, startup leadership, investment, or a similar high responsibility role
• Strong operational and financial fluency
• Experienced preparing board level materials and executive communications
• Excellent written and verbal communicator
• High judgment and comfortable handling sensitive information
• Comfortable working across time zones and cross cultural teams
• Proactive, structured, and able to drive execution with minimal oversight
• Experience in startups, technology, or AI related industries is strongly preferred
